When business partners and homeowners of a 2,500-square-foot complete remodel project were looking for a fresh, up-and-coming design firm to make interior and exterior finish, fixture, and equipment selections, they looked no further than Federico Design. The clients expressed the need for a sleek design that featured clean architectural lines throughout the house, all while maintaining a sense of energy, playfulness, and comfort.

Federico Design chose the materials and finishes throughout the home including the paint and stain colors, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and kitchen appliances. The finished product incorporates progressive design with a nod to the whimsical nature of the clients and their desire to live, work, and entertain family and friends in an energetic and inspiring space.
