A young, vivacious Southern California girl with a penchant for hosting parties in her expansive two-bedroom Playa Vista home approached Federico Design to re-imagine her master bedroom. From the start, it was clear that our objective would be to create a quiet, relaxing, and cozy hideaway in a house often filled with family, friends, and a festive atmosphere.
Design ideas flowed organically from both sides during the planning process. Our need to be stylish yet budget friendly fueled the discovery of unique accessory pieces that are as glamorous, engaging, and inviting as the client herself.
We incorporated an efficient space plan and filled the room with sturdy, oversized, dark wood pieces, contrasted by lush fabrics, mirrored and pearlescent finishes, and a rich color scheme. As a result, we were ultimately able to establish a true sense of sex appeal, glamour, and comfort that embodied the lifestyle and personality of our client.
