Strong ties to Nicole's design alma mater, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, meant this multiple room restyling in Westchester, CA was a special project the team at Federico Design held very close to heart.  Through careful planning and detailed conversations with the family, the design team was able to achieve the main objectives of reinvigorating and revitalizing the kitchen, living, dining, and office spaces, while retaining the traditional styling and sense of family comfort the home exudes. As long-time Westchester residents and frequent entertainers, the homeowners wanted to feature the personality of the home and their family, as it served as a reflection of their love for the neighborhood, their family and friends, as well as a gathering place to celebrate life’s joyous events.  

By creating an inviting floor plan and a bright yet relaxing space, full of unique lighting fixtures, deep woods and textures, fantastic one-of-a-kind rugs, and conversation-starter accent pieces, the interiors are a manifestation of the welcoming, engaging, and generous natures of the clients themselves. The fresh design breathes new life into a traditional space, transforming it into a true embodiment of a family full of youthful, positive personalities.
